Round 1
1. Alternating slams
2. Inverted lunges with a bust rotation
3. Raised leg sit-ups
Round 2
1. Alternating slams
2. Inverted lunges with a bust rotation
3. Raised leg sit-ups
Round 3
1. Overhead slams
2. Medicine ball squat
3. Mountain climber
For this last round, do 2 repetitions of each exercise. Then do 4, then 6 and continue until you reach three minutes of working out without pause.
