The world’s tallest man, Sultan Kösen
Born in 1982, Turk Sultan Kösen currently holds the Guinness World Record for tallest living male in the world at an absolutely massive 8 ft 3 in. As if one title wasn’t enough, the Turkish giant also holds the record for world’s largest hands, measuring 28.5 cm. His feet measure nearly 36.5 cm and you know what they say about men with big feet... large shoes: he wears a size 22. Despite these incredible statistics, Sultan is still quite a way off the previous tallest man to have ever lived–Robert Wadlow–who measured 8 ft 11 in!

But Sultan doesn’t let his unconventional stature hinder him in the love department; he’s been married for years now to a Syrian woman named Serve Dibo, who is both 10 years his junior and 76 cm shorter than him. Fair play to him.
The world’s smallest woman, Jyoti Amge
Born in 1993, Jyoti, hailing from Nagpur, India, measures a mere 2 ft 1 in, granting her the title of world’s smallest living woman. Much like her Turkish foil, she’s not let a growth abnormality stand in her way–she has managed to find her footing as an actress, even appearing in the popular series American Horror Storyin 2014.
The meeting of two legends at the Pyramids of Giza
The two recently got together for a campaign to promote tourism in Egypt. To attract tourists to the country, the organisers of the event scheduled a promotional event in front of the Pyramid of Giza.
