It's no secret that Ant has had a difficult few years after his struggles with alcohol and addiction culminated in a highly-publicised drink-driving incident in March 2018. Following the crash, Ant took a break from all his presenting duties to spend time recovering from his addictions.
Now that he’s back at work, Ant has inked reminders of what he’s been through and achieved on his arms. Last year, he got the Alcoholics Anonymous logo tattooed on his wrist and he also has a small ‘S’ which stands for ‘sober’ on his right wrist. But eagle-eyed fans have spotted him debuting two new larger tattoos in Australia.
Ant now has a long black arrow tattooed on his right arm, whilst a monochrome rose is in the same position on his left arm. Many fans took to Twitter to speculate about the meaning of the tattoos – with many suggesting that they were to do with mental health awareness.
Being that it’s summertime Down Under, Ant has been wearing T-shirts which revealed the new tattoos on his forearms. However, it’s not clear when exactly he got them done as they may have been covered up for a while in the UK by long-sleeved tops and jumpers.
