There has been a surge in bets that Gazza will be joining the I’m A Celeb 2021 line-up in Gwrych Castle in a few weeks’ time.

According to a BestofBets.com spokesperson:
It’s well known that Gazza has been close to signing up to the hit show previously but because of concerns that he hasn’t been in the best shape, he's had to back out. But in the last 24 hours, his odds has taken a nose-dive from 14/1 down to as short as 5/2, so this may well be the year when Gazza takes on Wales.
Paul Gascoigne on Isola dei Famosi
Earlier this year, the former footballer took part in the Italian version of Survivor—Isola dei Famosi —which has been compared to I’m A Celeb. He lasted a whopping 38 days on the show—which lasts 12 weeks and was filmed in Honduras—before having to leave due to a shoulder injury he sustained in one of the trials.
And after his stint on the show, a source said he was keen to have a go at I’m A Celeb next, telling The Sun:
Gazza has come close, twice, to signing up for I’m A Celeb. But on each occasion there were concerns he wasn’t in the best shape to go on. Producers have very strict tests and Paul just came up short. But Paul hopes he has proved a few people wrong and shown them he has put now some of his troubles behind him.
