I’m A Celeb 2020 rations
Meanwhile, the basic rations that the celebs are fed each day has been upped by 100 calories after careful consideration by nutritionists working for ITV. This is because theI’m A Celeb 2020 campmates will be burning through more calories in the freezing Welsh temperatures than they would do Down Under.
Surprisingly, the move from Australia to the UK has also meant that the celebs have had to get used to a much more unusual schedule. With Ant and Dec now announcing the vote results at 10pm rather than in the morning, the trials are being done at night and campmates are only able to eat after they’re done–meaning it’s midnight feasts for this year’s stars.
I’m A Celeb weight loss
Whilst the celebs are being fed more calories than usual due to the colder temperatures, that hasn’t stopped some of them losing weight–as I’m A Celeb campmates often do whilst on the show. Shane Richie claimed in one episode last week that he had already dropped two dress sizes since being on camp rations.
Before entering the castle, Shane had admitted to The Sun that he was hoping the show would help him shift some lockdown pounds, saying:
If I can drop two dress sizes I'll be happy because I might be going back into Jamie The Musical in the West End, and right now there's no way I'm going to get into my dress.
