All eyes on Danny Dyer

Eastenders' Danny Dyer is said to be the star that producers of the show are dying to have in the jungle this year, according to one insider. In a statement to The Sun, the close source said:

Producers think Danny would be great on the series and is their number one target. They’re hoping he’ll be finished in time, they’d definitely be up for a big money offer.

As of late, Danny Dyer who has been playing pub landlord Mick Carter for nine years on EastEnders, has yet to make any comments as to whether he will be a part of IAC

What has Danny Dyer been up to most recently?

Most recently, the cockney actor revealed he will be leaving the hit soap opera show in pursuit of other opportunities. He said:

Sometimes you have to gamble in life as that is what makes it exciting. I’m still looking for that defining role.

In the meantime, he has been collaborating with daughter Dani Dyer on their podcast Sorted With The Dyers, which comes out weekly and tackles life's tough dilemmas.
