Game of Thrones has ended and with the show, several years spent imagining the future of the different characters and the factions they represent is finally over too. While season 8 of GoT wasn't as well-received as expected, it marks a turning point in the universe of the saga. However, it would be naïve to believe that the owners of the rights to the series would stop there. While we already know that HBO has at least 5 different projects surrounding GoT in the offing, a different story has now resurfaced.
Last March, several sources claimed that George RR Martin, the author of Game of Thrones, would be collaborating with a large studio to develop a game. While the Internet went into a frenzy, it's not the first time a game has been based on the show.
