First, head of Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige confirmed during an interview for Entertainment Weekly that ‘I have nothing specific to reveal, except that we will absolutely do a sequel.’
Ryan Coogler, the director of the first Black Panther, has confirmed signing on for a second film. Marvel will take great care to ensure that there are as few leaks as possible, by keeping the script under lock and key, for example.
It's also been reported that Michael B. Jordan will be taking on the role of villain Killmonger again. Despite his death in the first film, he may well come back to life. The world of the dead is very present in Black Panther. It remains to be seen how he will be resurrected.
