1/ Turn off your television
First of all, if you’re going to clean your television screen, consider turning it off. Why? You will be able to see the dust a lot clearer and this will make it easier for you to clean.
2/ Use a micro-fibre cloth
So as not to damage your screen, the best thing to use would be a micro-fibre cloth which is renowned for its soft texture. You can also use a feather duster which will carefully and delicately remove the dust.
3/ Clean the borders
We often forget this part, but the border and frame of your television, just like the base, often gather dust as well. To clean this part, nothing could be more simple. Just use your micro-fibre cloth. Why should you clean this part? Because the more dust that gathers on the border, the more there will be on your screen as a result.
4/ Avoid liquid products
Obviously, if you don’t want to damage your screen while you clean it, avoid using liquid products. These can damage the surface and reduce the lifespan of your appliance.
5/ The miracle recipe
Finally, the only thing that really works for cleaning your screens as thoroughly as possible is mixing white vinegar with hot water, soaking a micro-fibre cloth in the mixture (make sure to wring it out well, it only needs to be damp) before then using it to wipe over the screen.
