Have you been desperately trying to place an order on Amazon, or watch your favourite gamer on Twitch and the websites are not responding? It's not just you. In fact, a number of popular websites been crashing since this morning, from Amazon to Twitch, PayPal, and Reddit. Users started reporting issues for these websites from 11 am after being presented with a message of error that says 'Error 503 Service Unavailable.'

Websites affected
The websites that have been affected include:
- Amazon
- Spotify
- CNN
- Squarespace
- Gov.uk
- Twitch
- VIMEO
- BBC
- Shopify
- Ebay
- PayPal
- Etsy
A few websites have managed to get up and running again, but most of them are still displaying 'service unavailable.' The one's that are up are still facing issues with their platform.
Global error
While no one knows when these sites will be fully functioning again, The Guardian's tweet confirmed that all these websites are in fact being affected by a bigger internet problem. The tweet read:
The Guardian’s website and app are currently being affected by a wider internet outage and will be back as soon as possible.
Express and Wales Online have reported that the crash could be because Fastly, a cloud computing provider which supports major websites, has encountered an error.
