‘500 reps’ workout by Aldo Kane
1. Push-ups: 20 reps
2. Crunches: 20 reps
3. Air squats: 20 reps
4. Bench dips: 20 reps
5. Burpees: 20 reps
Okay, yes, we lied, you have to use a bench (or a chair or something else you can use to do dips) to complete this workout. Whilst it might not seem like a lot, you haven't heard it all yet. You have to complete this circuit 5 times, taking a one minute rest between each round. In total, that’s 100 reps for each exercise, making 500 in total. This is a great way to enhance your cardio and strengthen your muscles at the same time. Maybe consider doing some stretches afterwards, since your muscles will undoubtedly be sore!
