Losing weight can be really tough and the fact that it takes time to see results can be especially demotivating. But Hunter Hobbs' time-lapse video might be exactly what you need to spur you on.

Whilst he'd always been a fairly healthy person, since starting an office job Hunter had started to let his health fall by the wayside and he'd gained quite a belly. Hunter said:
I was at a point when I needed to get back in shape. I wondered, if I really committed for three months and went all out, what I could accomplish. I also have a passion for making videos, so I thought I could come up with something really cool.
And he certainly did - the video of Hunter's transformation is really amazing.
How did he do it?
Although the video makes it look like the weight just fell off, a lot of hard work went into Hunter's transformation.
Hunter started by lifting heavy weights in the gym five to six days a week. He would do six to eight reps for the first few weeks then switched to lower weights but doing 10 to 12 reps. He would also do a cardio workout for 20-30 minutes after he was done lifting - usually either on the treadmill with an incline or on the Stairmaster.
Hunter also stuck to a simple, healthy diet composed of oatmeal, chicken, eggs and spinach, making sure to prep his own lunches to take to the office every day.
Now that the three months are over, Hunter is planning to keep up his healthy lifestyle. However, he won't be depriving himself - 'I'm not going to feel bad if I go out and have a few drinks with my friends every once in a while or go out for a nice dinner.'
We'd say that's pretty well-deserved!
