When he was younger, he suffered from vigorexia, which is a type or body - dysmorphic disorder that would cause someone to never be satisfied with the way that they look. Potentially leading to problems with social life and even employment issues.
Herran has since said that he feels happy with his body. It seems as though he has embraced the natural beauty of the human body and can be comfortable in his own skin.

He also revealed that when he was younger, about 13 or 14 years old, his friends used to call him Conan The Barbarian because of how muscly he was.
Now Miguel works out 5 times a week and is using the callisthenics method.
