Workout #1
1. Pushups: 5 repetitions.
2. Rows: 4 repetitions.
3. Clean: 3 repetitions.
4. Squat: 2 repetitions.
5. Press: 1 repetition.
Number of sets: 5
Rest time: 1 to 2 minutes between sets.
Workout #2
1. Deadlift
2. Clean
3. Squat
4. Swing
5. Press
Perform a repetition of each exercise and move on to the next. Normally the final position of the previous exercise allows you to continue with the next one. Do three to five rounds with no breaks. That's one set.
Number of sets: 5
Rest time: 1 to 2 minutes between sets
Workout #3
1. Clean with both kettlebells
2. Squat with both kettlebells
3. Clean + lunges on one side with a single kettlebell
Perform a repetition of each movement and then continue the circuit until you have worked each side two to three times. That's one set.
Number of sets: 5
Rest time: 1 to 2 minutes between sets.
