Dwayne Johnson will never stop impressing us. Certainly there are those who are much stronger than him such as The Mountain, but The Rock is a workout monster, determined to give it his best during each session, which has also earned him a bit of mockery from Chris Hemsworth.

On his Instagram account, the highest paid actor of 2017 regularly posts examples of his workouts. This time, it's his back that he decided to reinforce by performing a very effective exercise that we know well: the vertical pulldown. The Rock uses a wide grip on a bar which is a bit different since it has vertical handles at the ends which allows the whole back to be worked.
On the technical side, we can clearly see that the movement is under control, despite the weight he is using. Moreover, Dwayne Johnson ensures to take care where need be - once he feels his strength failing, he decreases the load and does a few more repetitions to finish the set. A good example to take rather than trying to look macho with a weight you can't handle, in turn, neglecting the technique of execution. It's safe to say that The Rock knows the score!
