As everyone knows, Cristiano Ronaldo hasn't always been the machine he is today, following a crazy diet leading to his incredible 12 records. But the former player for Real Madrid, the club where he could make his return upon the next transfer window, has always been very generous, especially towards associations. From sick children to war refugees, the Portuguese man has never been stingy and very often makes significant donations for these causes. One may also remember the huge tip he left after his holiday in Greece.

The footballer's past is often subject to touching anecdotes, such as when he ended up in tears when talking about his father. This time, it was during an interview with Piers Morgan for ITV, that he explained that people had helped him at a time when he was in need.
We were a little hungry. There was a McDonald's next to the stadium, we knocked on the door and asked if there were no burgers for us. There was Edna and two other girls, I never saw them again. I questioned people in Portugal, they closed the McDonalds but if this interview can allow me to find them, I would be so happy. I want to invite them to Turin or Lisbon to have dinner with me because I want to give them something back.
Even after so many years, Cristiano Ronaldo does not forget where he came from and hopes to be able to return the favours he was given. A player who commands respect.
