Four years before the accident
The Americain series 'Legends of Chamberlain Heights' aired between 2016 and 2017, didn't receive much success at the time. The show was even cancelled after only 20 episodes and two seasons. But today, the cartoon is making a huge comeback for a sordid reason, and a particularly disturbing clip from an episode.
In the clip, we can see a helicopter crashing, and aboard the aircraft is none other than Kobe himself. A group of young people propose to help him in exchange for his numerous trophies. But before Kobe gives his answer, the engine explodes and the professional basketball player dies. The young kids then steal Black Mamba's rings.
The footage was since deleted
The 'Legends of Chamberlain Heights' official twitter account announced that have deleted the entire episode out of respect for the family, friends, and fans of the NBA star.
'Out of respect for Kobe and his family we have removed the clip of him and ask that you please don’t share it. RIP Kobe and Gigi Bryant and everyone else who died in the helicopter crash today'
An incredible premonition or just an unfortunate coincidence? Opinions differ, some believe this cartoon actually caused Kobe Bryant's death. This is somewhat reminiscent of the many predictions we've watched over the years in The Simpsons' episodes, the most famous being the election of President Trump, or more recently, the emergence of the coronavirus?
