Luxury cars
It’s sort of a tradition for footballers. It’s not necessarily the fact that they like particularly fast cars, but let’s just say that taking a drive in a Renaut Mégane isn’t such a bad thing. Cristiano is no exception to the rule. The superstar drives a Lamborghini Aventador, a Rolls Royce and a Maserati. He's also reported to own a Porsche, a Mercedes and a Bentley.
Holidays in paradise
Yeah, footballers earn lots of money, so obviously they need to have time to spend it. After scoring all those goals every season, Ronaldo does need time to unwind and relax, holidaying all over the world. Recently, he made waves in Greece by leaving behind an unbelievable tip.
Charitable organisations
Ronaldo has always been big on charitable giving, regularly pouring astronomical amounts of money into good causes including children's charities Save the Children and the Make-A-Wish foundation.
Real estate
Having money is good, having more money is better—so Ronaldo invests in properties in order to grow his considerable fortune even further. He lives in a luxurious million dollar villa in Madrid whilst he also owns a luxury apartment in Manhattan's Trump Towers and a football-themed hotel in his native Madeira.
Whilst these are the main areas of spending for Ronaldo, he obviously spends plenty of money on other things too. Of course, we could have added his lawyer to this list, but that’s not really our style...
