Controlled every aspect of her life
The one-time aspiring singer is being identified as Jane Doe No.5 said their relationship started when she was just 17 years old after he granted her an audition in exchange for sexual favours.
The woman in question went into very particular detail of all the ways in which the R&B singer controlled every aspect of her life. From the clothes she was allowed to wear, to being forced to call him 'daddy,' to checking with him first before being able to go anywhere, the victim lost complete agency in exchange for the opportunity to become a singer.
The unnamed woman explains that she was invited into his hotel room under the false pretence that she would be able to perform a song for Kelly. Instead, she was asked to undress, walk for him before proceeding to perform oral sex on her. She also claims that Kelly knowingly transmitted genital herpes to the woman. Allegedly, when she confronted him about it, he mocked her, saying her genital area was 'broken.'
Forced to have an abortion
The woman went on to explain that when Kelly found out she was underage, he asked her to move in with him and offered her to be homeschooled. But perhaps most shocking of all is her allegations that Kelly forced the woman to get an abortion back in 2017:
He said, 'You need to look into that abortion stuff because you need to keep that body.'
Kelly's lawyers have denied all allegation and say that the woman who have banded against the singer are 'groupies out for revenge after their relationships with the R&B singer faded.'
