And we can understand her point. After an amazing romantic dinner, the jerk got out his phone… to calculate how much an 8% tip would be.
He wanted to take me on a really nice romantic dinner date. […] He takes the bill out and he’s looking at it – like really seriously. Looking and looking up and his face is getting kind of squinty. At first, I thought he needed glasses. […] He hasn’t put a card down – he hasn’t done anything yet – he’s just staring at the bill. What is wrong with this guy? Why is he taking so long?
Kaley continued:
He’s multiplying like an eight per cent tip. Oh my god. He’s cheap… he’s cheap. He’s a bad tipper. […] I did go back in and tip the server. I never went back into that restaurant again and we split up a week later.
Moral of the story: if you ever get the chance to go on a date with Kaley (we can all dream), don’t ruin it by being cheap…
