We call her the “Nostradamus from the Balkans”. Even though Baba Vanga passed away over twenty years ago, her premonitions continue to prove true. Coming from Bulgaria, this blind mystic is well known for predicting events like the terrorist attack on September 11th, the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, the Arab Spring, as well as the rise of the Islamic State in recent years. Thanks to these predictions, she has gained credibility for her clairvoyant capabilities.

And her predictions don’t stop there. For 2018, Baba Vanga has two predictions. First, she foresees that China will dethrone the United States as the country with the most powerful economy in the world. In addition to that, we should also expect to discover a “new form of energy” on Venus. Even though her predictions were made decades ago, they seem just as possible today.
In fact, China is fast approaching the now Donald Trump led USA. Even better, NASA is actually sending a robot to explore Venus’ terrain in July of this year. Could Baba Vanga’s predictions come true? We’ll know for sure next year.
