A return to the present moment

Neotantra is about making yourself available for the present moment, and focusing on what you are feeling at the moment.

Neo-tantric sex consists of releasing your sexual energies which are concentrated in your pelvis, in your sexual organ. The idea is to make the sexual energy circulate throughout your body to feel pleasure more intensely and for longer.
