How does spending over a day sealed in a coffin sound to you? This is the latest weird challenge put forward by the Six Flags theme park based in St. Louis, Missouri. On October 13th, the park will offer visitors aged 18 and over to spend up to 30 hours locked in a coffin for a contest celebrating the arrival of Halloween.

The rules of the contest are that the coffin will remain sealed while the competitor is inside, but they will get a six-minute bathroom break every hour. On the other hand, any other reason for leaving will be considered as eliminatory. Mobile phones will be allowed, allowing people to pass the time and have a light source in the coffin, which will also be equipped with electrical outlets to charge smartphones.
Players will also be able to bring pillows and blankets if they want to have a nap, but it is better to travel light since space is very limited in the coffin.
There is a reward for the contest winner. The winner will leave with £230 in their pocket, as well as free VIP entry tickets for the park. Is that enough to motivate you to spend 30 hours in a coffin?
