An amazing illusion
Optical illusions are a great source of wonder. But the one unveiled by Adeline especially intrigued the social media platform.
In the video, we can see the drawing of a corridor with paintings on the side and back walls.
The illusion of depth and length of the corridor is respected. But when Adeline started to move the camera, the famous corridor also started to move, as if it was three-dimensional.
With each movement of the camera, you have the feeling that you are moving in the corridor, and thus you can see its different elements better, like the paintings hanging on the walls.
What's the secret?
Video editing or 3D construction? The question has agitated Internet users! Adeline has decided to reveal her artistic technique, revealing that the trick to obtain such a result is to use a 'reverse perspective.'
I don't know about you, but I am fascinated by optical illusions. Today I was playing with something called reverse perspective and I made a little art gallery
The drawing is actually a 3D construction, facing outwards on the table.
Would you like to try?
If you're tempted to try your hand at reverse perspective, you should know that Adeline has posted a number of tutorials on her TikTok account, including one specifically dedicated to the creation of the corridor that shook the web.
