But it doesn’t always have to be about buying lingerie (although, it’s always nice to receive new, sexy garments) or organizing a horse and carriage around a sparkling ski resort (which is also a nice gesture that no one will say no to).
However, sometimes having no time to plan a big romantic gesture can get in the way of wowing your loved one on Valentine’s Day. But not this year! All you need to do is try out this little trick:
Groom yourself! That’s right. Does your girlfriend complain about your man bun? Surprise her by chopping it off. Then organize a cute night-in, complete with take-out food, wine, chocolate, cheese, and Netflix, and all will be well.
But it doesn’t just end with a haircut. It’s advised to trim or shave all of your hair! Start by trimming your beard—make it look fresh. You may moan and groan at the thought of trimming your beautifully grown beard, but it will help to make Valentine’s Day a little more special.
If you already have chest hair, don’t feel like you have to shave it off. You don’t want to weird out your loved one. Just take care of your nose hairs, and pluck your unibrow!
