His moment of peace came to an abrupt halt when an intruder marched into Dennis’s home and ruined his pleasant afternoon. The robber walked past, saw an open door, a man in a wheelchair, and decided it was his right to walk inside.
The man sat motionlessly while the intruder distracted him, took his wallet, and walked away. Dennis couldn’t do anything, but sit and watch the robber steal from him.
Dennis’s son, Paul Daley, watched the footage unfold. Thankfully, they had CCTV footage of the robbery. And Paul was “shocked” when he saw how the robber carefully distracted his dad.
Paul said of the incident:
The guy who does it - he is a professional. The way he conceals his actions, this guy is a pro and we'd definitely like him caught and prosecuted.
