Police are on the hunt for a man who stole a $1,200 penis statue named 'Moby Dick' from Deja Vu Love Boutique on the 14th of July.
CCTV footage shows a man dressed all in black wearing a facemask and a cap walking over to the store and nonchalantly picking up the 18kg dildo that was just minding its own business. The footage then shows the man making a swift break for it before anyone has the chance to chase him.
It is unsure whether any staff actually witnessed the crime in action but one employee, Laura, shared with Huff Post:
He just picked it up and walked out with it.
According to the police the man was then seen trying to wedge the giant dildointo a small white car in which surely acts as some kind of metaphor.
The sex shop shared the CCTV footage with TMZ the public in hopes of finding the masked dildo stealer and are even offering a $2,000 reward.
That's enough to buy Moby Dick and have some change to spare!
