New technologies aren't always beneficial. Just ask this horrified mother, who shared what happened to her 17-year-old daughter. The mother issued a warning in which she exposed a new technique paedophiles are using to obtain photos of minors.

It all started when her daughter received a Snapchat message from a stranger who went by the name of 'Chelsea.' In the message, Chelsea told her that she was launching a new brand and was looking for brand ambassadors. She claimed that she would send the girl free clothes... in exchange for something.
The girl, who was immediately suspicious, told her mother about the messages. Both of them were shocked by what 'Chelsea' was asking for. In one of the screenshots, 'Chelsea' says: 'Unfortunately, I only use my Snapchat. If I used my own Instagram, the company would have access to that as well, and I don't want that. It's a bit of an awkward situation but we don't have a name yet, haha,'then asks for some pictures because the clothes are 'tailor-made,' so they need to see her "exact figure and body shape.'
But the strange requests and questions didn't stop there. "Chelsea" wanted the girl to send pictures in her underwear and told her not to worry about showing her face because the photos would, supposedly, not be saved anyway. But the photos weren't Chelsea's last request! The girl was also asked to answer questions like: 'Do you wear bras with the shorter tops?'
Horrified, her mother shared screenshots of the chat with other parents and reported what happened to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP) of the UK's National Crime Agency (NCA).
But the strange requests and questions didn't stop there. 'Chelsea' wanted the girl to send pictures in her underwear and told her not to worry about showing her face because the photos would, supposedly, not be saved anyway.
