To say mornings are hard would be an understatement. For some people (myself included), it takes at least an hour in the morning to finally get our heads working. Even after, we're still kind of left with this sort of brain fog. If this sounds a lot like you, this simple habit could change your life forever.

Raphael Perez, a worldwide reputed nutritionist, has revealed what he believes to be the solution for constant fatigue, which he says has already changed the lives of millions. During a recent conference, he exposed the consequences of an incomplete diet on metabolism and fatigue.
The simple solution: Micronutrients!
What are micronutrients? Simply put, they're nutrients you can find in vitamins and minerals for example. According to Lizzie Streit on Healthline, micronutrients are 'necessary for energy production, immune function, blood clotting, and other vital functions. Meanwhile, minerals play an important role in growth, bone health, fluid balance, and several other processes.'
Research regarding micronutrients in the form of supplements or non-food sources, like multivitamins, is inconclusive and therefore not recommended by health professionals. The most effective way to get all the necessary micronutrients is in your food.
An adequate intake of all micronutrients is necessary for optimal health. The good news: you only need a very small quantity for it to be effective. All food contains micronutrients and each one plays a specific role in how the body functions. So the best advice would be to start the day with a healthy, complete breakfast containing calcium, vitamin B12, zinc, potassium, and vitamin C.
So what is this 'perfect' breakfast like?
Not only is this the best breakfast you can eat to feel less tired, but it also is super delicious!
- Calcium can be found in dairy products like milk and cheese
- Vitamin B12 can be found in eggs
- Zinc can be found nuts like almonds and cashews, or even in turkey
- Potassium and vitamin C can be knocked out through a fruit smoothie containing bananas and oranges
