The roleplay fantasy was arranged through Facebook when one man hired two others to break into his house, tie him up and stroke him with broomsticks. Desperate for some sweet dusting, the man gave the other two his address so the pair could carry out the fantasy home invasion.
Smart enough to plan the attack when he was moving, the broom lover sent his attackers his new address but somehow there was a bit of a miscommunication.
Not realising they were breaking into the wrong house, thefetishists brandishing their weapons called out their client's name, terrifying the new resident.
The innocent man took off his sleeping mask to see two men standing above his bed wielding their machetes above his head.
Smooth as ever, after realising they had the wrong man, the two stated "sorry mate" and ran for their lives. But, just as anyone who thinks they've woken up in their death bed the 'victim' quickly called thepolice.
As it turns out, the hired men had moved on to the correct address where they were told to leave their weapons in the car. The perfect gentleman client even cooked the two men eggs and bacon and was just about to start the sweeping when the cops burst in.
Leroy's lawyer released in a statement:
It was a commercial agreement to tie up and stroke a semi-naked man in his underpants with a broom. Entry was not with intent to intimidate. He was willing to pay $5,000 if it was 'really good'.
The judge ruled in favour of thesex worker on the grounds that Leroy had no intention of intimidating the stranger as theroleplaywas 'unscripted' and was instead left up to interpretation.
