There's a camera taking pictures
For one, she reveals that a camera actually takes a picture of each driver so they know which order belongs to which car. She explained:
We have a camera at the speaker that takes a picture of you so we know whose order is whose.
Though some might find this a little invasive, she said that it's meant to help streamline the process and make sure everyone gets the correct order. One user commented:
If you take a picture why do you have to ask me if that's my order on the screen?
To which she replied:
We know that's your order but we have to ask anyway, so if you still pay for the wrong order or your order is wrong it's on you, not us.
And when another user asked how workers still sometimes get stuff mixed up and end up handing out the wrong order, she replied:
Sometimes the bags get mixed up if we're rushing and can't check, or if we ask if their order is right on the screen, they say yes and don't acc check.
Your conversations can be heard
The second fact revealed by the TikToker was that everything can be heard when you are speaking in your car—including the conversations you are having. She said:
The fact that people don't know we can hear your convos even when we aren't speaking to you taking your order.
But when asked:
How can you hear our convos when you don't hardly hear the order.
@secretfitzz said:
If you shout hello at us we will purposely make you wait longer and start bitching about you to whoever is on shift w us.
