The good news that everyone has been hoping for is finally here. McDonald’s has announced that the Grand Big Mac will finally be returning to their menus... along with five other delicious treats.

The Grand Big Mac makes a return
For all those who have been craving a Grand Big Mac are finally in luck. The super-sized burger features two 100% beef patties accompanied by layers of cheese, lettuce, onion and Big Mac sauce, all held together by toasted sesame seed buns... It’s exactly like a Big Mac, only bigger. The burger will be available for just £5.79 and comes accompanied by fries and a drink. Alternatively, you can also add some streaky bacon to the mix for £6.19.
But if Big Macs aren’t your go-to meal then don’t fret! The Grand Big Mac and the Grand Big Mac with bacon are just two of McDonald’s six new winter items.
McDonald’s introduces a new winter menu
While we are already halfway through the season, McDonald’s has just announced their new range of winter menu items (better late than never!).
Joining the winter menu is the Homestyle Crispy Chicken Burger which will be available at £6.09 for a medium meal. This new burger consists of a thick and succulent chicken breast encased in crispy breadcrumbs alongside caramelised onion compote, hot and spicy mayo, lettuce, bacon, red onions and cheddar cheese, all sandwiched between toasted sesame buns.
Mozerella Dippers will also be making a return to the menu at £1.89 for three dippers or £5.09 for nine and will be served with a salsa dip.
But, if you’re more of a sweet tooth, theMcFlurry Flake has also made a return. The chocolatey treat costs just 99p for a mini size or £1.39 for the regular. Joining it is the McFlurry Raspberry Flake which comes at the same price but had the added hit of a sweet and tangy raspberry drizzle.
These new items will be available in all stores from the 10th of February until the 23rd of March. But to get your hands on them you’ll have to place your order through the drive-thru or McDelivery as due to lockdown McDonalds stores are not open for dine-in or walk-in takeaway services.
