Tracey and Kieran had decided to get married somewhere exotic, under the sun and far from gray Bradford. They chose the Dominican Republic. The event was without a doubt going to be one of the greatest moments of their lives. Therefore, they decided not to leave anything to chance and hired the services of a travel agency to plan everything.

However, their trip to paradise soon went sour. Upon their arrival, their 1-year-old daughter developed a huge rash that spread throughout her body. It covered her legs, mouth and hands. When the girl began to lose her nails, the mother lost it.
Tracey believes that the travel agency should have informed her of this, believing that the negligence of the agency exposed her daughter to too much risk. Is it the responsibility of the agency to communicate every possibile incident when travelling? Is she exaggerating? Should a travel agency inform you that there are lions on a safari or that you can get wet when you visit a waterfall?
