The age-old debate that will never be solved has surfaced again amongst the global fast-food chains, and it seems McDonald's rival went straight in for the kill after the giant lost its signature tradement following a case against Ireland-based fast-food chain, Supermac's who even branded them a "trademark bully" once EU regulators ruled in favour of the Irish restaurant company. So, this means that other companies in Europe can now legally use the signature buzzword in their own material.
