On 22nd February 2017, one enormous carcass measuring 4.5 meters long washed up on one of the Dinagat islands in the Philippines. Shaggy and full of blood, no one knows where this marine animal came from.

In order to reassure residents, authorities finally came up with the theory that it is a manatee, a type of sea cow. The two carcasses were found in different places.

But residents also came face to face with an enormous snake measuring 10 meters long. Experts confirmed that this was an Oarfish, a snake-fish that lives more than 1000 meters below the surface of the water.
