1. Julius Caesar
Julius Caesar transforms into a modern man by the artist @royalty_now_ on Instagram. Caesar was an ancient Roman commander, statesman, and scholar who conquered the huge Gaul territory. It's amazing to see how he would look today.

Mughal King Shah Shah Jahan built one of the wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal, for Mumtaz Mahal, his wife. She is indeed as beautiful as the paintings depict.
3. King Tutankhamun
The great Egyptian ruler, commonly known as King Tut, was an ancient Egyptian pharaoh who ruled towards the end of the 18th century as the last of his royal dynasty. His tomb is still intact with his golden shrines, jewellery, statues, a chariot, weapons and clothing. Can't help but think how handsome he would be if he was a modern man.

4. Alexander the Great
Alexander the Great was a Macedonian monarch and one of history's most brilliant military strategists. We've been reading about this person for decades, and seeing this young man now is a visual treat.

5. Queen Mary
Queen Mary is said to be the Bloody Mary, after whom all of the town's haunted legends are named.
That story definitely gave us the chills as a child, but do you really know the true story behind the aforementioned lady? She hails from our very own British royal family from the 1500sand was the first female ruler of the English monarchy.
