This Group Of Divers Had A Narrow Escape When They Were Surrounded By Sharks

This video was taken off the cost of the Fiji Islands. In the video we can see a group of bull sharks approach a group of divers.

Bull sharks have grey backs and white bellies, the tips of their fins are usually black especially in younger sharks.

Bull sharks have a cruising swimming speed of about 7.9km/hour but can accelerate up to almost 20km/hour when needed.

Relatively calm and relaxed, the divers push away the arriving sharks with what seems to be a a paddle. This remarkable coolness may well have saved their lives.

However, despite the sharks being extremely close to the divers, they do not attempt to attack them at any time. They only eat the fish swimming in the area, but they do not seem interested in the divers whatsoever.

A non-aggressive attitude that may seem surprising, given the reputation of bull sharks. Indeed, this species is responsible for many attacks on humans, in the same way as tiger sharks.

A bull shark will tend to attack anything in it's territory including humans. So these divers were luckily to say the least.
