Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

This phrase is one that you will surely have heard from your mother or from someone close to you and although there are scientific studies against this idea, there are also a lot of others that support it. Scientists have a lot of reasons to support this theory about breakfast: some believe that it helps you to not gain weight because eating a good breakfast provides us with all the necessary nutrients, stops us from snacking between meals, gives us the energy and concentration that our body needs for the mornings to be the best that we can be.

There are other healthier options that can help you to lose weight. Kidney stones as a result of skipping breakfast?

Breakfast is important, but is it so much so that skipping this meal can cause kidney stones to form? According to doctors that treated Chen, the 42-year-old woman who found more than 200 stones lodged in her bladder and liver, they were caused because she had been skipping breakfast for more than 10 years. However, although not everyone agrees on this fact, a group of gastroenterologists has denied that there is any relation between the food you eat and the formation of kidney stones.

Now I don’t know about you, but from now on, on the off chance that it’s true, we’re going to refer to the saying: breakfast like kings, lunch like princes and diner like a poor man.
